Percy spent much time in multiple industries. From outside sales in the computer industry to management in the healthcare industry to running his own business. Percy is a CTM (competent toastmaster), and a CC (competent communicator) is your both toastmaster designations. Percy is also a certified life coach.

Percy walks us through setting goals to get us moving out of the rut we are in, to where we can be. It is more than a motivational session with a big name, it is the incremental steps we take. Also, he speaks to the impact of Toast Masters.
